They take a rottweiler if need working qualities; we suppose exterior is still important but the first rottweiler's task is to oppose several humans at once. Decorative rottweilers with no working qualities or, what is worse, unmotivated aggressive rottweiler is not real rottweiler, while wholesome training is possible on normal nervous system fixed genetically. Germans especially care of training now, so rottweilers less than 50 kg / 110 lbs win. Noris von Gruntenblick line is the most popular now. From my point of view there's a focus on working qualities of a dog, so juste milieu is probably somewhere between it. Nowadays experts coming to some countries award males up to 40 kg / 88 lbs weight with no care of specific — while Noris von Gruntenblick line is prevalent not everywhere. So there's big chance that it's simply «tiny» dogs. Unfortunately sometimes dogs with no exterior and genetic advantages win. So I think local expert is better as one knows special features and nuances of the breed in this country than unaware one. Though the vogue changes, and I suppose there's no need to make rottweiler doberman – let rottweiler be rottweiler. American dogs prove that rottweiler may be working even with 55 kg / 121 lbs weight.
